Greedy Cat

Ana-Maria is learning to reading in phrases with expression. She can use the punctuation when she reads to make the story more interesting while reading with greater understanding. Her buddy Mere took the snapshots and recorded her.

My Body

Ana-Maria is learning the parts of her body. Today we took some photographs and inserted labels and then we asked questions so she can find certain parts of her body. Ana-maria knows how to find her right hand and left hand by making an "L" with her thumb and finger. She knows the difference between one foot and two feet.

Alliteration Critters

W.A.L.T. write an alliteration describing a relationship between two creatures. We used a shared Google Doc to write our alliteration. In a shared Google Slide we had to add a background then inserted png images of the critters.

Learning	What have I been learning? I’ve written what I have been learning about e.g. shared my WALT I have put in an image, drawing or a screenshot of my learning	How do I know I have learnt?   All the Students in Te Moana have recently begun their own blogs. They are all at the beginner blog stage now but we are all setting our goals to become Smart Bloggers by the end of the year. Please check our blogs all the time to check how we are learning to improve.

Our Hoe

At the beginning of the year we wrote our hoe for Te Moana class as well as how we collaborate and care for others throughout the school as well as throughout life. We have just revisited it, and discussed the questions with greater meaning.

I am learning to read the word "up". I made a book about the things that I know that go up.
